At My Jewellery we offer the option of returning your order within 14 days after delivery. Products must be in original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.

1) Return your order at one of our boutiques for free!

2) Send your order back to our warehouse, using one of our return options. Shipping fees are at your own expense.

*The size of your fingers is influenced by factors like temperature and special circumstances (pregnancy, hormones, illness). Try to measure your finger at the most neutral moment possible.

This is how you measure the correct ring size

Method 1: Measure the diameter of your favorite ring
The easiest way to determine a ring size is by using a ring that fits you well and feels comfortable. You can simply measure the inside diameter of this ring with a ruler.

Method 2: Measure the circumference of your finger
Wrap measuring tape or string around the base of the finger. Then write down the number of millimetres and compare your millimetre reading to our ring size chart to see which ring size is closest.
